It's been awhile since I did them, but from what I can remember: look for a screenshot from the series you want to use as a 'base' image. Convert that to a black and white pencil sketch (I used paint.net to do this). Then just redraw the black and white lines how you want (from what I recall, modifying jaw-lines is key to age modification). When thats done, just recolor using the dropper tool and the palette from the screenshot.
